Delivery Rules for Shoply BD:

1. Delivery Partners:

   - Orders will be delivered through our trusted partners, Steadfast and Pathao Courier BD

2. Delivery Time:

   - Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

   - Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

3. Delivery Charges:

   - Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 60.

   - Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 120.

   - Free delivery on orders above BDT 3500.

4. Order Processing:

   - Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day.

   - Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Updates:

   - Customers will receive an SMS notification with a tracking link once their order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Attempt:

   - The delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

7. Package Inspection:

   - Customers are advised to inspect the package for any damages or discrepancies at the time of delivery. If any issues are found, please contact our customer service immediately.

8. Return & Exchange:

   - If a product needs to be returned or exchanged, please follow our return policy guidelines available on the website.

9. Delivery Restrictions:

   - Delivery is available across Bangladesh. However, certain remote areas may have limited delivery services, which might result in longer delivery times or additional charges.

10. Special Instructions:

    - If you have any special delivery instructions, please mention them at the time of placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.
